We know that for some members the process of enrolling and managing a healthcare plan can be intimidating. Having the right guidance and information can ease the burden and help you; your family and your healthcare provider make the right decisions. This member’s section is designed to provide you with easy to use, searchable information that other members have found helpful, as they plan for years of healthy living. By enrolling in our Medicare Advantage Plan which includes prescription drug coverage, you can combine all your Medicare coverage into one convenient plan with no monthly premium, provided you are receiving both Part A and Part B coverage. As part of this plan, you must maintain your Part A and B coverage and continue to contribute to any cost shares associated with maintaining your current coverage.

Eligibility Requirements:
- You have both Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B
- You live in our geographic service area
- You are a United States citizen or are lawfully present in the United States.

- $0 Monthly Premiums
- $0 Deductible
- $100 every three (3) months OTC Benefit Card. OTC cannot be carried over from quarter to quarter.
