Member Advisory Committee Recruitment Announcement

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Member Advisory Committee (MAC), also known as Enrollee Advisory Committee (EAC), to members enrolled in one of the following plans:

• • Centers Plan Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC)
  • Centers Plan for Dual Coverage Care (HMO D-SNP)
  • Centers Plan for Medicaid Advantage Plus (HMO D-SNP)

This Member Advisory Committee meets every three months to get member feedback on the plan and encourage open discussion. These meetings give our members the opportunity to learn more about CPHL and its services, and receive updates on upcoming changes to the program and its operations. These meetings encourage members to share their thoughts and opinions on topics like: how to improve access to covered services, coordination of those services, and promoting fairness in healthcare access for underserved populations. CPHL shares information from these meetings with its Governing Board.

Currently, meetings are held virtually, which makes attending easy. CPHL provides a call-in number as well as translator services, if requested.
